Beautiful! It's no 100% the same, but it's close enough to the base of fly fringe -- check out Historical Costume in Detail for some super close up shots of fly fringe. I'd use it!

Oh, I'm so glad! They were only 0.79 and 0.89/yd each, so I was hoping they would be appropriate for the francaise project. Thanks!
