I made this using Comic Life. It's a moodboard for my 1895 half mourning suit



Of course I spent half the morning playing around with that instead of working on the suit. Opps.

How cool! I've always wanted to make a design board for my dresses. I've made them for interior design class...but in a way more hands-on kinda way. Can't wait to see another fantastic dress by you! I don't do 1890s...my head is too round and my shoulders too broad. I can't pull off those Lambchops!

I have to say, I think this is going to be another time when your interpretation ends up at least ten times better than the one on the pattern envelope. I'm really not into what they've done there with the colours and fabrics, but I can see how yours is going to end up fantastic. :)
