Here's the finished hat! Now I'm off to Delaware!

Trip to Winterthur

We had a lovely afternoon, and the other visitors as well as the staff loved that we were there in costume. Though I must admit I REALLY had to bite my tongue when someone announced that I was "right out of Colonial Williamsburg". But I was good and just smiled and thanked her.

I think Beth took a good shot of me with a lighter background so you can see the hat better. Unfortunately, it just blended in with the foliage in the visitor's center in this picture a guide took for me.
