They must have made that JUST for you! When I was in Williamsburg, I stopped at the Hancock Fabrics and found two cottons I liked, a white with black polka dots, and black with white polka dots. I kept thinking this would make a lovely bustle gown, but then put them back. I have too much fabric, and I resisted. But later I found the awesome red and blue striped fabric at the antique mall so it was meant to be.
