New Burda pattern

Wow. I know Burda doesn't have the greatest reputation, but they have really put out a cute 1880's gown pattern!

I'm curious what sorts of bad things you've heard about Burda. I thought they had a pretty good reputation when I was a kid (not that I've been paying attention for the last ten years...).

Some things run a little small but most American patterns run a little big on me so adjustment is always necessary. Cute pattern. Thanks for sharing.

I love the top stand alone too. Wouldn't mind making that bit only to add to more modern day pieces for a classic look. You don't know this, but you keep pushing me towards learning how to sew with every inspired pic you post!
