my_stitching to do the following meme. I wonder what you guys would like to know? Do you want to know 8 sewing things? 8 personal things? Hrm...

B. At the end, you have to choose and tag 8 people.
1) I naturally have dark blonde hair and have been dying it black since about 1993.
2) I am married and we have 4 cats. We will not have any children. However, sometimes I dream I give birth to kittens. I always wake up disappointed that it was just a dream.
3) Jason is my second husband. I was married once before in 1997 to a boy 5 years my junior. He was only 20. We married on Halloween in a chapel in a cemetery.
4) At the moment, I am working on my undergraduate degree in history at Temple University. This takes up most of my time, so I don't get to sew much unless I am on holiday. I think I have about 2 1/2 years to go!
5) I have a brother who is 17 months older than me. He is extremely vanilla, and doesn't understand why I make historical costumes. He thinks it's "ridiculous". We don't have much of a relationship, but we see each other at holidays. He'd come to my rescue if I was stranded on the road, though.
6) My sewing area is in the living room of our 2 bedroom apartment, so I don't have much space. I use a foldable cardboard mat on the floor for cutting and pinning. Goes to show you don't need much room to make historic reproduction gowns!
7) I can't cook, and I don't enjoy the process. I like to bake sometimes, though. Mmmmm.
8) I have a MySpace account dedicated to my Victorian personae, the Baroness von Klawschitzle. She is Lady of the Bedchamber to Queen Victoria. On a related note, I have a website with a bunch of nonsense as well as photos of most of my sewing projects here.
